Smoked Mushroom Tacos

  • 1 pound of fresh mushrooms (such as portobello or shiitake)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup of diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
