Ingredients:
- 2 cups basmati rice

- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
- 4 cups water
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons ghee
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Rice
- Wash the basmati rice until the water runs clear.
- Soak the rice in water for 30 minutes.
- Drain the rice and set aside.
Step 2: Saute the Ingredients
- Heat ghee in a large pan over medium heat.
