Mushroom and Swiss Chard Salad

  • 1 bunch Swiss chard
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
