Mushroom and Spinach Stuffed Tomatoes

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste
