Mushroom and Spinach Stuffed Manicotti

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of manicotti shells
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups of fresh spinach

  • 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the manicotti shells according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
