Mushroom and Spinach Grilled Cheese

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
