Mushroom and Cheese Stuffed Shells

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup of chopped mushrooms
  • 1 cup of ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups of marinara sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms and garlic until softened. Remove from heat and let cool.
