Mushroom and Bean Burritos

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup of salsa

Instructions:

  1. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, and cook until softened.
