Mushroom and Asparagus Quiche

  • 1 pre-made pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as Gruyere or Swiss)
